Two-Bedroom apartments normally rent for $2,900 per month with a one-time clean out fee of $100 for a total move-in price of $3,000. During the month of November rent a two-bedroom apartment for $2,800, a savings of $100 and we will also waive the clean out fee of $100, for a savings of $200 for your first month. The total move-in price will be $2,800.

One-bedroom apartments rent for $2,500 per month with a one-time clean out fee of $100 for a total move-in price of $2,600. During the month of November rent a one-bedroom apartment for $2,500 per month and we will waive the clean out fee of $100, for a move-in total of $2,500.

Single rooms normally rent for $1,500 per month with a one-time clean out fee of $50 for a total move-in price of $1,550. During the month of November rent a single room for $1,450 and we will waive the clean out fee of $50, for a total savings of $100. Your total move-in price will be $1,450.
Rent any of the specials shown above for the month of November and we will take $25 off from the parking price of $160.
These special offers are only good for rentals of one month or longer. The discount rates only apply to the month of November. If you reserve for longer than one month, the regular rental rates and terms apply to the second and subsequent months. Special offers for weekly rentals may apply depending upon availability, please E-mail us with your needs and we will determine if specials can be offered. There are only a limited number of apartments available for these special rates and they are offered on a first come basis. There is no guarantee that space will be available for your rental dates. These special prices only apply for rentals occurring during the month of November, 2008. Special rates will not apply for any dates outside of the November, 2008 period. If your rental has you arriving in November but the first month will extend into December, 2008 the special rates will apply to your stay. You can request dates by clicking here. These special rates are only for new rentals made during the month of November. They do not apply to any rentals made prior to November. These specials may not be applied for with any other special offers at Dyer Properties.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. I will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the initial prepaid amount if I cancel this booking less than 14 days prior to my arrival date. The remaining 50% of the amount paid at booking will be refunded to me.
2. If I cancel this booking 14 days or more prior to my arrival date I understand that the entire initial prepaid booking amount will be refunded to me with the exception of a $25 processing fee.
3. I understand that all requests for cancellation or changes to my booking information must be made in writing by E-mail. No verbal requests for cancellation or changes in booking information will be made.
4. I understand that if I do not show up at the property for the dates that I have booked that I will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the booking amount that I paid.
5. I understand that for all bookings for a period of one month or less must be prepaid at the time this booking is processed. Rentals for periods longer than one month must prepay at booking time the first month rent plus any additional fees. Additional rental amounts will be paid to Dyer Properties on due dates thereafter.
6. I hereby authorize Dyer Properties to charge my credit card for the amounts shown on this form. I understand that I will be required to sign a copy of this charge receipt upon arrival at the property and that I will receive a copy of receipt at that time. I understand that there will be no credit card surcharges for this initial booking.
7. I understand that while at the property if I elect to use my credit card for the payment of rental or other fees associated with my stay, I will be subject to a 5% surcharge. I understand that other payment methods are not subject to a surcharge.
8. I understand that Dyer Properties will accept personal checks from guests staying one month or longer at the property. All personal checks must be drawn on US banks and payable in US dollars. Starter checks or those not preprinted with my name will not be accepted. A fee of $30 will be charged for checks returned unpaid for any reason. I also understand that if I have a check returned unpaid I will not be allowed to make future payments by check.
9. In lieu of security deposit Dyer Properties requires a valid credit card remain on file during the entire stay. If credit card is not available a $200 deposit must be made in cash at the time of check-in. At the end of my stay this deposit will be refunded to me in cash if no damages to my suite occur or if I do not have any unpaid charges. Any damages or unpaid charges may be paid by this cash deposit.
10. I understand that there will be no refunds for shortened stays once at the property for all bookings of one month or less. Shortened stays for guests booked for more than one month will be accepted if a 30-day written notice is given to Dyer Properties. A $150 fee may be levied for such shortened stays. Notice of early departure given less than 30 days of intended departure are subject to a 50% charge of one-month rent. No notices given of departure are subject to a full month rental fee.
11. I understand that I will be required to supply a copy of a drivers license, state ID or passport upon arrival. I understand that all guests, including children must be registered with Dyer Properties.
