Finding Your Way Around Dyer Properties

Trash Disposal

Trash bins are located along the far left corner of the rear parking lot. Please place all of your trash inside these containers and not on the ground.

Parking

For exclusive use of tenants, by permit only. On site parking rates are $50/week or $150 /month. Each parked car must have the Dyer Properties Parking Pass displayed on the rear view mirror at all times. Cars parked without a valid parking pass are subject to towing at the owners expense.

Wireless Internet Service

10 High Speed Wireless Internet accounts are located throughout the building with hotspots which reach most suites and areas. Wireless Internet is free with limited band width designed for checking E-mail and light web surfing. Connection and speed are not guaranteed. We offer very limited technical support for connection-related problems.

Fax Machine

Available for tenant use in the Management Office during business hours.

Mail and Package Delivery

Mail for all guests is received at the business office daily. You must check your mail at the office daily during business hours of Monday - Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm. We will accept packages by UPS or other carriers, however, it is your responsibility to check the office for deliveries. Please be sure that all mail and packages are addressed to your name and suite number.

Washer and Dryers

There are two laundry rooms located on the lobby level, to the left and right of the elevator. Quarters required. $2 wash, $2 dry available 24 hours a day. Quarters are available in the business office during business hours.
