Dyer Properties is happy to welcome you to stay at our property during visits to Boston for treatment at area hospitals. You may make your booking at this time and you will be charged the rates for the hospital program. You will need to have the hospital send us a letter on their letterhead stating that you or someone in your party will be receiving treatment and the dates of the treatment.
Hospital discounts are only available from March thru May and from September to November. Winter discount rates are in effect from December thru February already. There are no discounted rates for June thru August.
For the March thru May and September thru November time period, $100 per month is deducted from your rental rate. The one-time clean out fee is waived and parking is made available if needed at $125 per month.
Please be aware that for the hospital rates to remain in effect the hospital letter must be received by the property within 14 days after the date that the booking is made.
If you are requesting hospital rates you will need to check off the box on the booking form for these rates to be applied.
Please note that all hospital stays must be booked directly through our property. Bookings via booking agencies will not receive hospital rates.
