THE BUILDING

Dyer Properties has controlled entry access door in both the front and back of the building. Optional on-site parking is available in a private, fenced lot. The building has an elevator serving four floors. Two coin operated laundries are located on the main floor of the building. A change machine and laundry aids machine is located off the lobby, as well as soda and snack machines and a pay telephone. The building is handicapped accessible , including marked parking spaces close to the building. A fax and copy machine is available in the office during business hours. Dyer Properties offers free High Speed Wireless Internet throughout the building with limited support for computer-related problems. While we make every attempt to help guests connect, we do not guarantee connection, signal or speed.

THE SUITES

All suites have exposed brick surfaces. Hardwood floors are found throughout the suites. Fully equipped kitchens with cabinet storage space and ample countertop space, are equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, waste disposal, and a full set of dinnerware, silverware and utensils. Kitchenettes are supplied in all single rooms and studio apartments. Most suites have gas fireplaces and most suite bathrooms have a Jacuzzi bathtub/shower combination. Utilities are included. A well-rounded group of Satellite TV channels are offered as well as free premium movie channels. Local use telephones are provided in all apartments.
